  • Tai Chi form aids relaxed smooth flow integrates movement and stillness.
  • Two person exercises practice deepening your understanding of core principles.

Each person must take responsibility for their own practice within the class structure. Do not force the practice. If one needs to stop and rest please feel free to do so. Please note, Tai Chi takes times to learn, develop and integrate. There is no benefit in trying to learn quickly, please take your time.

As the Chinese proverb states

I can tell you how to do something but you would forget. I can show you how to do something, but you would simply copy. Experience it for yourself, then you will know!

What To Wear

Please note that all Tai Chi practice is done standing up. Clothing consists of loose fitting garments, usually a T-shirt or other comfortable top with track suit\jogging style trousers. Also an indoor shoe is worn which needs to have a simple flat sole.
